LOLU-Lawyers Assistance System(LOLU-LAS) is a system designed and developed by LOLUTECH in order to assist law firms to perform their duties in more efficiently and effectively

Register clients details

The personal particulars of your client first part are recorded and stored in the database eg first name,middle name,address etc.
Register client second part details:
The personal particulars of your client second part are recorded and stored in the database eg first name,middle name,address etc.
Register client case details
The important information regarding the particular case are taken and stored in the database.
Register client other services details
Here the services rendered to clients who come to your office daily just for other services apart from case services are recorded and stored in the database. Example of other services are execution of document,prepare legal contract etc.
View information
The information stored in the database regarding your clients can be accessed at any time by using optimised search engine.

Case records
This system can keep the records of cases in a daily bases and give alert to lawyer on the next date of case. -for example if the next date of a particular case is comming for the next two days,the system itself gives an alert two days before, reminding the particular date of the case and also indicating the number of days left before the next date of particular case.

The system also can truck the case records from the start of the case untill the end of the particular case indicating the following:

Accounting
All accounting transactions regarding services offered to customers are stored in the database.
Printing receipts regarding particular payment

Inter office correspondence
- Staffs within the office can assign tasks to each other by just select his/her name and asign task ,and once task is done a reply is sent back to the sender with an alert indicating that the task is done.

-Different reports can be downloaded from the system in non editable format (PDF) such as:
Reports of the case by date of instructions
Reports by date of attendance to court.
Reports by next date of case
Financial reports regarding transactions and services provided to clients.

Online -Since the system is a web based application can be kept online and be accessed online by just opening in the browsers like Internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox etc.
Offline -Installing the system in your office and access it via local area Network(LAN)
